One-to-one program built around experiential learning that will guide and resource you for transforming your relationship with food, cultivating your vitality and fostering ecological awakening. Through a regenerative, conscious eating practice that aligns you with the broader living world you can grow greater health, resilience, sovereignty and pleasure. In this program you will learn practices, techniques and rituals that help you feel exalted in your aliveness even as you care for the environment and empower local economies.
This is a structured, in-person program that can be adjusted to your own needs and curiosities, currently only offered in Lisbon. It is open to anyone who eats.
This is a journey of opening to life, decolonizing your tastebuds, re-enchanting your relationship with food and the broader living world. It will empower you with a toolkit of technical, practical and organizational resources that will expand and deepen your nourishment and self-care. The program contains plenty of hands-on practice, resources for sourcing and preparing food, and bites of science, metaphysics and mysticism along the way.
