Mentorship Programs

  • One-to-one program built around experiential learning that will guide and resource you for transforming your relationship with food, cultivating your vitality and fostering ecological awakening. Through a regenerative, conscious eating practice that aligns you with the broader living world you can grow greater health, resilience, sovereignty and pleasure. In this program you will learn practices, techniques and rituals that help you feel exalted in your aliveness even as you care for the environment and empower local economies. 

    This is a structured, in-person program that can be adjusted to your own needs and curiosities, currently only offered in Lisbon. It is open to anyone who eats.

    This is a journey of opening to life, decolonizing your tastebuds, re-enchanting your relationship with food and the broader living world. It will empower you with a toolkit of technical, practical and organizational resources that will expand and deepen your nourishment and self-care. The program contains plenty of hands-on practice, resources for sourcing and preparing food, and bites of science, metaphysics and mysticism along the way. 

    What you can expect from this program when you work with me:

    • Cooking sessions where we make and eat together

    • Burning the recipe: activating intuitive and creative cooking 

    • Infusing intention: revindicating kitchen as temple and sacred space for transformation

    • Kitchen makeover: establishing a kitchen system that has your back

    • Sensorial tuning: practices of embodiment so that you learn how to find food that nourishes all your being

    • Microbial telepathy: learn how to ferment and tune into microbial rhythms. Interspecies care and attention

  • One-to-one programs for women tailored to your needs with your fertility, pregnancy and post-partum nourishment journeys. 

    Depending on where you are at in your journey, we can take any of the following focuses.

    • Awakening fertility: preparing the ground for new life

    • Imprinting health for mother and child: nourishment during pregnancy

    • Post-partum care: principles and resources 

    • Unlocking vitality: hormonal balancing

  • Consulting, teaching, and support with R&D for independent chefs, farms and restaurants who want to learn how to create the ancient flavors of artisanal fermentation to optimize the potential of ingredients, implement more circular systems, reduce waste and develop and incorporate new exciting flavors into their dishes. 

    A five-session program of individual sessions to supplement your knowledge is also possible.
